He confessed to the murder of de facto wife, whom no one had heard from since last May, he cut up the body and hid it. The carabinieri arrested Gianfranco Bruni, 35-year-old worker, for the murder and concealment of the corpse of his partner Francesca Ferraguto, a 22-year old bartender from Augusta (Siracusa). Her parents had reported her disappearance last 30th of May. According to the carabinieri, the man confessed to having beaten the girl after the last fight, and then he cut up the corpse, transported it and buried it near his father’s house, where the police found it.
